Well, I am still here and miss blogging (despite my "episode" if you will) but there is a valid reason why I haven't blogged of late. To be honest, it's a bit of a confusing time for me work wise. Everything is (putting it loosely) OK now, but in the past week, I have been shocked and saddened by the behaviour of some members of my team and I am slowly trying to rebuild a happy work force so to speak. I work with a diverse group of characters and with different views and opinions and managing that it hard. Trying to hear every one's point of view and trying to keep things in perspective is a battle sometimes.I will most probably tell you all about it soon,(as this obviously make's no sense whats so ever) but for now shall we say, we will let the dust settle. I have been keeping up to date with blogs and try and leave some form of rambling just to show I am still here and enjoy reading them! Hope you are all happy and well!

Ah...the workplace and dust settling. Sometimes a good dose of time is all it takes for situations to take their course. Managing them would take the air away! Sit back, light some of those candles on the side of your blog, enjoy the sunset...tomorrow's another day! Glad to see you posting..even a hi!

I like working with all different sorts of characters, never boring, but personality disorders in high gear can ruin a workplace if left unchecked. I'm sorry for your hard time of late, but hope you can help turn things around.
Audrey linked to your blog so I stopped by to read a few entries.

It it wasn't so interesting, we would be bored...wouldn't we? But sometimes I wish life weren't so very interesting...

I was happy to see you again. I'll be thinking of you!

Thank you for thinking of me Claire.
Sorry I was slow to respond. I've had the flu. Not fun! But I feel better now. I loved reading your 6 things. You are a fun and bright soul.
