I have been doing some fun things this month:
A visit to a amusement park! Oh, I had a wonderful time with friends from work, cheering them on when they went on a death defying ride, daring them to go on the biggest roller coaster and taking pictures for memories of a lovely day.
Did I not go on any of these rides, you ask?
Let me explain. A few years back, a group of friends and I went to a amusement park for day out. I loved amusement parks and the scarier the ride the better as far as I was concerned, I loved them! So of course we wasted no time choosing the biggest scariest roller coaster to go on first, which was named The Raging Rita, which boasted to be the fastest Roller coaster in the world and went from 0 to 1000 miles in a second or some ridiculous like that. Perfect! We raced to the queue and got ready for the ride of our lives! I jumped into my seat, buckled up and off we shot!
Now, when they said it was the fastest roller coaster in the world I didn't think they actually meant it! Like, come on! It was so fast I clamped down my jaws like a crocodile and PING!
Out of my mouth shot my front tooth! It. was. so.embarrassing. I had to stay there all day, looking like a extra from Prison Break with no tooth! It is still brought up when I see people from that day.
I will never get over it, and that is why I don't do amusement parks anymore,
Before I go, in honour of Halloween soon approaching, I thought I would show you this intriguing photo I took while out with my friends painting the town red. Do you see the faint scary face on the left side in the sky?
Big fella and I are planning to go somewhere soon on holiday, cheap and cheerful, so fingers crossed! He so deserves a holiday, he works so hard and after all, he has to put up with me too!
I have also been meeting up with lots of old friends and "socialising" into the wee early hours of a weekend. Most of the time Big fella and I like to entertain in our place but sometimes we venture into the beautiful city of Liverpool!
No matter, meeting up with loved ones and friends has been a pure tonic for the soul. You always know its a great night when you start thump the table with laughter remembering fun memories! It has been great catching with amazing people I have met along my travels in life and I am thankful for that!

Liverpool....memories :( had some LOVELY times there myself too.
Maybe the face was looking down in benevolence, wishing love for all those beneath it's watchful gaze ♥
Lovely Claire...so happy to "hear" of your adventures once again! Oh my! Tooth popping fun at the amusement park! Doesn't sound like fun to me! But I must say, I DO love roller coasters. I am happy to read that you and the Big Fella are having fun and hopefully staying out of trouble. How is the running going?
Love and hugs to you, my friend.
